Find by Australian Curriculum tab has been added on the Scootle homepage to help you find our resources that match the curriculum content descriptions set out by Australian Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Authority.
Additional criteria to refine your search including General capabilities and Cross-curriculum priorities.
You can now view search results according to their relevance to the Australian Curriculum. Click on View by Australian Curriculum on the top of your Search results page to view resources matched to the curriculum.
Along with the education details on the Resource details page, you can also read the curriculum content description, elaborations, general capabilities and ScOT terms used for a specific resource.
You can view elaborations for each content description and also add the content descriptions to your learning paths by clicking the Add content description to learning path button.
You can choose to categorise your search results as 'classroom resources' or 'teacher resources'.
Tips and tricks
On the home page, use the resource type icons to jump straight to content of those types.
Use the Find on map function (main menu bar) to jump straight to a location, or use the Find on timeline function to jump straight to a time period.
You can automatically convert some items of content to learning paths. When viewing the item of content, just select the Convert to learning path link in the Actions menu.
You can view a list of search results by selecting the View as gallery tab. All the results will appear as thumbnails in a grid.
