Walk through the streets of 1850s Ballarat at Sovereign Hill and learn about how the discovery of gold shaped the development of this region.

In this video, Barry Kay explains how the value of gold changed the architecture and the way people lived in Ballarat. Also, you will see one of the largest gold nuggets ever found.
