Neck-to-knee swimsuit, 1916-26

This purple knitted wool women's swimsuit was stocked by David Jones Ltd in around 1921. The swimsuit comprises a short-sleeved thigh-length top and shorts. The top has a boat neckline and fastens at the left shoulder with two buttons. The shorts have a purple drawstring and reach to just above the knee.
