Learning objects Café consultant: attract customer groups

TLF ID L3235

Test market demand for a café business. Survey customers representing market groups and record their preferences for menu items, opening hours, look and feel. Identify the business choices most likely to succeed. For example, open a bright and funky café at dinner time serving omelettes, muffins and stir-fry dishes. Look closely at sales figures and make adjustments. This learning object is the second in a series of three objects that progressively increase in difficulty.
