Basic needs and human rights

It is relevant to the content description about how people live in places around the world, the reasons places are important to people and how places provide people with their basic needs. The investigation of UNICEF photo essays and the story For Every Child, The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in Words and Pictures contribute to teacher's inclusion of the Sustainability cross-curriculum priority.
