  • This is a key resource for year 9 and 10 science students as it addresses a fundamental issue associated with the Australian Curriculum cross curriculum priority, Sustainability as well as science understanding and science as a human endeavour. The advantages and disadvantages of two methods of obtaining gas from coal are compared. The technology behind each process is outlined and explained. Even though this video was made in 2009 it remains topical.
