This professional learning module focusses on leading and scaffolding change for science teaching teams and leaders. It provides skills, understandings and competencies to lead and implement change. The module consists of a DVD that shows a science team meeting demonstrating key ideas related to leading for change, a CD ROM that focuses on communicating vision, deep listening and reflective practice and a guide booklet with background information and helpful tips. This resource is part of a suite of professional learning modules for 7 to 10 science teaching that support inquiry based-learning and implementing the Australian curriculum.
