Anticipated student responses

It is anticipated that students will eliminate 'close-up', as there is nothing to justify it and it gives us no information about the setting or the characters. 'Mid shot' is a poor choice, but a good explanation for it can earn credit. The preferred answer is 'long shot'.

Long shot: Establishes characters in the setting; allows you to see the surroundings; makes the characters look small in front of the castle.

Mid shot: Hints at the relationship between the characters and makes them look reasonably small in front of the door.
