- Ask students to visit the BBC's Development and health website and under the Health heading select 'Developed lifestyles'.
- This section deals with the negative wellbeing issues that derive from lifestyles in developed countries. Students investigate how wellbeing issues also abound in the developed world, and that some of these (eg obesity) can be predominantly an issue of the developed world.
- Students undertake further research to investigate the relationship between per capita income and wellbeing.
- Their goal is to describe and depict the relationship between per capita income and wellbeing by graphing the rate of known wellbeing issues alongside income levels for a range of countries in the Asia–Pacific region.
